Divorce can be painful, heart-breaking and a sad moment for everyone involved. It sucks but what I've learned through my own; it can still be all of those things and yet also a celebration. In my eyes, it is a celebration on the fact that two people fought for happiness and won. Sometimes as hard as you try, there isn't a happy ending in a marriage and it isn't possible as long as those two people are together. It doesn't mean they are bad people (or it can,) but hopefully both parties involved realize they are worth fighting for their own happy. 

So here is to your friends own happy ending. May it lead to truly happy beginnings where they fight for what they are worth and truly begin to heal and see the potential within themselves.
